I contacted Bonnie because her Rover profile stated that, as a mobile massage therapist, she makes her own schedule and can limit clients while completing a dog-sitting assignment. This flexibility was important to me because my dogs are accustomed to having someone home, and one is particularly anxious especially when I am away. Before booking, I was very clear that my dogs could not be left alone for more than four hours a day and should not include multiple absences throughout the day. These expectations were discussed and agreed upon through Rover messages, text, and again in person during our meet-and-greet. Unfortunately, the care provided did not match what we agreed to. On the first day of my four-day trip, Bonnie arrived 30 minutes late and informed me that her schedule had changed. She stayed less than 30 minutes before leaving for approximately 3.5 hours, then left again immediately after dinner for another three hours. Later that evening, Bonnie told she now planned to leave three times per day, totaling 6+ hours away each day—very different from what we had discussed before booking. When I politely reminded her of our agreed-upon expectations, she chose to end the booking the following morning, less than 24 hours after it began, leaving me to find emergency care for my dogs while I was out of state. I was fortunately able to arrange alternative care. Rover subsequently reviewed our correspondence, issued me a full refund, and provided an additional credit toward a future booking. I also learned that Bonnie had accepted this four-day sitting assignment despite her own dog having surgery the day before it began. In hindsight, I wish I had considered more carefully the type of pet care she would provide to my fur babies. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Bonnie for clients who need a sitter to maintain an agreed-upon schedule or who have pets that require consistent companionship and limited time alone.

Bonnieli was phenomenal to work with. She was quite communicative and put us at ease as a traveling family! Our pups were able to run on two fenced acres and experience Florida life :). She watched them all day and took amazing care - they were happy and slept well! If we vacation down here again we are definitely looking Bonnieli up!! Thanks so much Bonnieli (and parents;)

Bonnieli and her family were so nice and caring towards my senior dog. I would recommend her to anyone.

I am super picky whom I choose for taking care of my pup and Bonnieli was the one. A secure fenced in yard was one of the top things I was looking for as well as taking a single pet and it worked out great. She is friendly, down to earth and was very much on top of things with communication and also checking in with pictures. Definitely will not hesitate using again.

Bonnieli was great and took amazing care of my baby girl, Cali. She was super happy when she came back home and several pictures were sent during her stay which I appreciated a lot. Cali will definitely stay with her new found friend again.

This was our first time using Rover, and we are happy to report that it was a good experience! Bonnie was very responsive beforehand and gave us updates each day. Our dogs seemed to enjoy their time there- especially her big, fenced in yard! We would definitely use her again!
