I have been around dogs my whole life. Growing up my family had a loving but sassy golden retriever, she was so nurturing and maternal we nicknamed her Nanny Girl. She always groomed and watched over us kids but also our cats lol! I then was blessed to spend 12 wonderfully sweet years with my black lab. He was such a spunky, funny pup and grew into the sweetest, most gentle little old man. I miss him terribly, but I am not quite ready to get another dog. I frequently dog/cat sit for family and friends. I remember the stress and worry of leaving your fur baby behind and in the care of someone else when going on vacation. I can promise you that I will love and spoil your fur baby as if they were my own. I work from home full time so I will be with your dog all day (with the exception of a possible quick errand). I can accommodate any needs that your dog has. If they are high energy I am very familiar with lots of parks and trails in the area to run and play and get all that energy out. If they have slowed down a bit I am more than happy to hang out with them and snuggle up or play at their pace with toys.

I am very clean and am overly cautious when taking pups outside. I always make sure they are on their leash securely and stay alert for things going on around us.

Bonnie is excellent! She has excellent communication skills. She loves on your fur baby. Goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend. She has stayed with us before and we were extremely happy.
Bonnie was so attentive to our girl while we were away and went above and beyond with her daily updates and pictures. The special doggie treats were unexpected and so thoughtful. Communication was perfect and we returned to a neat and tidy home. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Bonnie again.

Bonnie was exceptional! Our doodle loved her ! Bonnie gave many updates and pictures which made it easy to relax and enjoy vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog/housesitter. She is a very kind and loving person.
Bonnie was absolutely wonderful with our dog Bruno, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Before the booking, Bonnie took the time to come over for a meet and greet so we could go through Bruno’s routine, needs, and any special instructions. That immediately gave us confidence that Bruno would be in great hands. While we were away, Bonnie sent thoughtful updates throughout the day, which we really appreciated. She was a fantastic communicator, prompt, reliable, and very attentive. She took Bruno on a nice long walk, and the sweetest surprise was when she gave him a little St. Patrick’s Day scarf. It was adorable and showed just how much care she puts into the dogs she looks after. When we returned home, she had also left a lovely “thank you for choosing me to look after Bruno” card along with special treats for him. Such a thoughtful touch. Bonnie was incredibly gentle, kind, and clearly loves what she does. We completely trust her with both our dog and our home, and we would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dependable sitter. Thank you again, Bonnie, Bruno already misses you! 🐾
10/10! Bonnie is truly a dog lover and a professional! I completely forgot to take out the trash on trash day as I was in a rush for travel... completely unprompted she noticed it and took it out to the street! She organized my mail, washed the sheets she slept on....all on top of spoiling Thunder with going to the parks, outdoor mall, car rides and treats! I loved all the updates she provided throughout the visit of thunder. Will definitely use Bonnie again!

Schedule
I work remotely, so I am able to be with your pet all day. We can go out for walks frequently or if medication needs to be administered throughout the day I am available to do that.
