Let's have a doggie date!
I’ve had dogs for almost my entire life. I raised my Maltese from puppyhood, and she sadly passed away two years ago at the age of 14. Currently, I have a sweet toy poodle named Meimei. She’s extremely friendly, and I’d love for her to make more furry friends. I work from home full-time and will continue doing so through the end of this year. My job is very dog-friendly—before COVID, I often brought my dog to the office to spend time with coworkers’ dogs. I only keep my calendar open on days when I am fully committed to being home, so I can ensure dogs are never left alone and won’t experience separation anxiety. I live in a house with a decently sized backyard in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. Dogs go on walks every day, and my home is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from a major park near Clyde Hill and Bellevue. Dogs are welcome wherever they feel most comfortable—dog beds, the sofa, or even my bed. As long as they are potty-trained, they are allowed on furniture. At this time, I am only accepting small, well-behaved dogs. All dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and flea prevention. I limit care to no more than two dogs at a time (except for dogs from the same household) to ensure each dog receives the attention and care they deserve. Bonnie was great! She was very attentive to Teddy’s needs and responsive to any questions I had. Her dog Meimei is the sweetest and Teddy got along well with her. Overall it was a great experience and we’ll definitely use Bonnie in the future!

Bonnie was amazing. Daisy seem so happy during the 3 nights she was there with Bonnie and Mei Mei. She’s so thoughtful and took the time to share photos and updates about my dog throughout the day.

Schedule
I take the dogs out at least four times a day. Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Before bed. Since I live in an apartment, I do take the dogs out rigorously on walks to make sure they are exercised and happy.

Safety, trust & environment
I stay home most of the time and I make sure your dog will be on leash whenever we leave the house. My community is in a secluded area where there aren’t many cars. We don’t have neighboring properties that share our land hence we are a very safe community. Other than a few deer 🦌 visitors that hangs around our hilltop each day to graze on grass.

A typical day
Dogs love the big open space we are fortunate to have in our community that is private for us. Not many people in the apartment complex owns dogs so it has always been a bless to use that big open space for the dogs. They can run around, play fetch and chase each other for as long as they want.
