Hi! I’ve been dog boarding in my home for over a year and truly treat every dog like part of our family. Dogs in my care enjoy daily walks, lots of love, and free movement around the house—no kennels here. I’m currently looking to add 1–2 more dogs to our boarding family. I already have a few regular pups who stay with us almost monthly and feel like family. I’m hoping to find dogs who enjoy joining in on family life and are comfortable around kids. My children are kind, gentle, and absolutely love giving dogs attention. I do have chickens and a large rabbit, both safely contained in a designated area. If your dog is likely to bark at them constantly, this may not be the best fit. I’m also looking for dogs who don’t tend to run out when doors open. I primarily board dogs under 35 pounds. We do have one larger dog who stays with us because he’s exceptionally well-trained, calm, and more of a “human” than a dog. If your larger dog fits that description, we can chat about a possible stay—otherwise, small dogs only.
