Blissful Boarding By Bonita
I am a full time care giver for your dog. I work part time from home so am here with your dog. I have had dogs all my life. I don’t have Daisy my Westie full time. I recently bought a teacup Yorkshire Terrier Lily who is now 9 months old and weighs 4 lbs. I love helping people get away and be assured their dog is in good hands. I love to walk dogs in our beautiful serene neighborhood near a beautiful lake. I am good at teaching an old dog new tricks! I will give your dog nice walks around the lake and sometimes go for hike weather permitting along the river trail. I don't believe in leaving a dog outside full time so they can cuddle up with me on the couch( I have rewashable cover) If you allow them to get on your couch that is!😊 I will provide love and attention and walks for your dog is as important to me as it is your dog! I love dogs and will love yours! I will send photos and videos to you during their stay. Some boarders board multiple clients dogs at same time. I only board one clients dogs at a time so it will only be your fur baby or babies with me and my Lily.

Bonita took excellent care of our fur babies and went above and beyond to make sure Toby and Diamond Girl felt very comfortable..also helped make sure Toby was fed dinner since he is very challenging when it comes to eating..thank you Bonita..
Bonita is absolutely the best. She sends photos and videos of your pet. Our Cali girl was so well taken care of. We will continue to use Bonita!!!
I would highly recommend Bonita watching your fur baby. She is warm, thoughtful and goes out of her way to make you and your pet feel comfortable. She sent me lots of pictures so I did not have to worry about how my fur baby was doing. I definitely will book again when we are in the area!

She went above and beyond to make sure our pets were comfortable. She sent us plenty of pictures and videos while we were away for 5 days. If we were not moving out of state she would be our go-to dog sitter!

Safety, trust & environment
Lots of hugs and belly rubs. Treats and play fetch and other tricks. Frequent outside breaks and walks. I treat dogs as if they are my own. I keep fresh bowls of water ready for them at all times. If it’s OK with the owner I even scramble an egg cook lentils, brown rice or chicken and put a little in their dry food with your permission. I recently had a backyard fence installed spring of 2022. I live across street from a beautiful lake conveniently close to town.
Pets
A typical day
I love to walk them around the lake and I also will take them for a car ride to the Riverwalk downtown and sometimes even a hike on one of Pagosa Springs beautiful trails. I love to play fetch and hide and seek and am known to be able to teach an old dog a new trick.
