Outstanding visit with our pups. Even the super shy one loved having Bobbi here.

Very disappointed with this experience. She was scheduled to come but never showed up or contacted me. I tried reaching out with no response and had to leave work early to let my dog out, especially because he had just had surgery. I only heard from her about 2.5 hours later, after I had already contacted Rover for a refund. I completely understand that unexpected things happen, but a simple message would have been the bare minimum. I would not book with her again.

Helped us and our little guy out on short notice! Always there for us. Thank you!

Bobbi was able to book with me last-minute which I greatly appreciated and she was understanding when I had to cancel our meet and greet last-minute as well. I booked with her two times but unfortunately she was late both times. The first time only by about an hour but the second time she was over 2 hours late. She messaged as soon as she realized she was going to be late and apologized, but problems with her app prevented me from knowing exactly when she arrived or how far the actual walk with my dog was. I was sent recaps of both walks by the Rover app that were impossibly long. Service can be a little spotty where I live, but other Rover walkers haven't had the same problem. In the end, while I cannot re-book due to my dog needing to go out very close to when I have a walk scheduled, Bobbi was very communicative and I hope my two experiences were unfortunate flukes in her otherwise seemingly great reviews.
