If I could leave zero stars I would. This sitter promised me prior to her stay that she would send me many photos of my dog. Three hours into the time watching my dog, and multiple messages from me later, there were still no photos. The excuses went from a broken camera to bad service. When I contacted the Rover Help desk, Bobbie abruptly canceled on me, leaving me seriously concerned for my dog's safety and wellbeing. UPDATE: Rover was thankfully able to help me locate another sitter and that sitter informed me that my key remained under the mat, and the cash tip that I had left visibly on the kitchen table next to Sparky's leash was untouched. This only makes my concerns that my dog was alone, locked in a crate for 8+ hours even worse.
