I work from home with a flexible schedule, so dogs are rarely left alone. We go on two longer walks—one in the morning and one in the afternoon—and a short bedtime stroll around the block. The rest of the day is for naps, snuggles, and playtime inside. I do not have a yard so walks are essential.

We leave Charleston for the summer but will be back in October! Hope to see you all we when we return. I’ve cared for dogs my whole life and share my home with two shih tzus—Buddy (9) and Gigi (5). They’re friendly, calm, and love having another small dog around. I treat all pups like family—lots of attention, playtime, and comfort in a relaxed home setting.

Blythe was a wonderful caring dog-lover to our little Hope, she took such good care of her and went the extra mile to make her comfortable. We would definitely call on her again. She has 2 little Shih-Tzu rescue pups, so Hope (also a Shih-Tzu) kind of fit right in to her lifestyle.
Blythe exceeded expectations. She sent daily updates with photos of my dog looking safe and so happy. So happy, I was afraid that he was not going to want to come home after staying the weekend with her and her adorable pups. I highly recommend her!
Blythe took amazing care of our little pup! He got along great with her two dogs and honestly was sad to leave his new friends. She took him on adventures and even returned him to us with an adorable new bandana. She communicated really well and sent us pictures of him throughout our trip. Highly, highly, recommend Blythe and we will be using her again!
Blythe watched my dog, Gibson, for the weekend and she was absolutely wonderful! He got along great with her two dogs, Buddy and Gigi — all three played together and had such a fun time. Gibson was treated like family the entire stay, and Blythe kept me updated with messages and photos, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend her and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again!
