I have worked with pets in a variety of settings from caring for and training my family pets to working in boarding facilities to help keep pets in a new environment most comfortable. In a professional setting I have administered medications, organized and executed food schedules, provided enrichment by spending time outside with the animals and playing. Every pet is different and I want to find out what makes yours their happiest.

I am very outdoorsy and love to go on walks or hikes around town. I like to be engaging to help ease boredom in any ways i can. I approach any new pet with a sense of calmness until the pet is feeling more comfortable with me (in other words plenty of sniffing or sitting on the floor with them with calm body language). The true enjoyment I have when I work with animals is seeing them be happy. There is nothing more rewarding.

Blake did an incredible job and both my cat and dog liked her very much. Blake is very communicative And was able to accommodate taking care of my animals on short notice. Prior to this experience, I had only used Rover for doggie daycare once on a trip out of town, this was the first multi-night animal sitting I have done and Blake exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them
This was our first time leaving our first dog and we were so nervous to leave. Blake was the absolute best and made it all feel so much easier. Blake’s love for pets is palpable and they truly love connecting with, understanding, and meeting the needs of each pet. Blake read our detailed instructions thoroughly, sent many helpful and specific updates while we were gone and went the extra mile to care for our dog. We are so grateful.

Beyond superb service!! First and foremost, Blake was able to care for my cat, Louie, with very little notice time. I really appreciated how fast they responded and answered my request. I was recommended Blake’s services through another pet sitter, and could not be more thrilled! I was sent update photos often and they kept my cat’s personality alive while I was traveling. I loved being able to see him eat, play, and snuggle with someone new. These updates kept my curiosity low and my confidence high during a long trip. I was very impressed with the care, as they filled the water dispenser daily as well as cleaned the litter box daily while monitoring his health. If there were any questions on their part, they never hesitated to ask which I greatly appreciate. They spent more time than required with Louie at times and made me feel more comfortable leaving him. I will absolutely be using Blake again for my pet sitting needs!
Katie is very experienced with dogs! She has been around them all her life and has professional experience as well. She cares for them as if they were her own, I would trust her with my babies any time :)
