I train and groom dogs, so my schedule revolves around dogs. I absolutely love working with dogs and will rotate who is out several times per day to make sure everyone’s needs are met whether it is exercise, potty breaks, attention, play. Note: for safety, I only allow dogs who are housemates to interact with one another.

I care for pets based on the owner’s wishes and each pet’s individual needs. I am available to monitor, exercise, and play with each pet individually (or house mates together) on a rotation schedule. Pets may spend more time indoors if weather does not permit for much outdoor time. I can keep up with medications/supplements as owner requests and pay close attention to how your pet is feeling/behaving. I do my absolute best to make sure each pet is as comfortable as possible.

I have no breed restrictions, my only request is they are ok around kids. I am willing to keep unfriendly dogs as well, but just know they will not get freedom in the house for safety if that is the case and will only get leash walks outside of the kennel. I would like to know any health or behavioral problems, special diets, supplements, and restrictions beforehand.
A typical day
I live on an acre of forest that is NOT fenced so unfortunately I cannot allow your dogs to be off leash at my home, however I can take them for frequent walks, let them get energy out on a long line, take them to parks at times. I am around the dogs all day and rotate who is out. Some dogs may not play well with others so all dogs must be ok with being rotated into a crate while other pups have their turns. Each dog will get many one on one outings per day if weather permits.

Hello! I am Blake! I’ve competed in protection sports with my working line German Shepherds for about 8 years now! We won the 2023 AS Nationals, and recently achieved our AS3 with my female shepherd, Deja! I’ve been a groomer for almost a decade as well! I train dogs for a living, and still groom on the side! I can handle any dog, as long as you are ok with me utilizing a crate during their stay because I often have dogs here who aren’t friendly, and my training client dogs aren’t allowed to interact with others for safety, so pups will be on a rotating schedule! Dogs don’t have to be perfectly behaved in a crate, just as long as you are ok with them being in one while other pups have their turns! You can ask me about grooming during your pups’ stay as well. I live on 1 acre unfenced in the woods that we treat for mosquitoes and ticks monthly. I’m very experienced with keeping intact animals separated as well, so no worries if your pets are not spayed or neutered, it’s no problem!

Blake took amazing care of all three of my .I was anxious to drop them off since one of my dogs is still a puppy, but Blake checked in frequently and made sure everyone was comfortable and safe. We plan on boarding them with her in the future!
Blake was wonderful. My dog was traumatized by the last person and /Blake was there to help. She did a wonderful job feeding and walking our beautiful Isa. Very happy and would use her again.
Took great care of my 7 week old puppy. Was very flexible with drop off times. She sent photos and answered all my questions throughout the day. Would definitely recommend!
We are completely satisfied and so happy to have meet Blake. We were so nervous for leaving our Baymax for the first time, but she kept us updated send us pictures and was awesome and sweet!!! ?
