I have a pretty adaptable schedule that lets me give your pet the time, attention, and consistency they deserve. I am a student, so it gives me a bit more flexibility. I’m available most weekdays and weekends, and I do my best to match your pet’s routine - especially for afternoon and evening visits. Whether your pet needs midday playtime, afternoon company, or an evening check-in, I can accommodate as needed.

I take pet safety seriously and come prepared for emergencies. I’ve completed certifications in Dog Choking Response and Bleed Control First Aid, and I actively use the Red Cross Pet First Aid app to guide me in case of emergencies. While I hope to never need these skills, having them means I can stay calm, focused, and helpful if something unexpected ever happens. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I will also always try and treat every pet and home with the same care and respect I’d want for my own, and I always clean up after myself and your pet. I also take time to build trust at your pet’s pace, especially with shy or elderly animals. Their emotional safety and physical wellbeing always come first. :)

I’d love to know anything that helps me care for your pet in the way they’re most comfortable, like their routine, quirks, favorite toys, and any triggers or anxieties they might have. Please let me know if they have: • Any medical needs (medication, allergies, past injuries) • Specific potty or feeding routines • Reactivity to other animals, people, or certain environments • Favorite treats or games that help them feel safe and happy The more I know, the more I can make sure they feel calm, cared for, and understood.
A typical day
I tailor activities to each pet’s personality and energy level. For playful or energetic animals, that might mean playing fetch with their favorite ball, tug-of-war, or exploring a new park together. For more mellow pets, I offer gentle petting sessions, slower walks where they can sniff everything out, or cozy downtime with lots of affection. I love introducing safe, mentally stimulating games like scent work, puzzle toys, or simple obedience practice to keep their minds sharp and happy. And of course, plenty of belly rubs and ear scratches!

Pet care experience
I’ve been around animals my whole life, raising and caring for both dogs and cats since I was five years old! I have hands-on experience with a range of animals. This includes medical needs, aggressive behavior, and also low energy or senior animals who need extra love and attention. With this, I’m very comfortable with pets of all sizes, ages, and temperaments, including those who are anxious, energetic, aggressive, or need medication. I can adjust to their unique needs and am willing to take extra time for any routines. I am also willing to help with basic training for puppies. :)

Blaize was absolutely amazing! She stayed at our home and took incredible care of our French Bulldog, Zeus. He loves attention, and she gave him all the love, care, and affection he needed, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. She was also very respectful of our home, keeping everything clean and well looked after. One of the things we appreciated most was the daily updates. Blaize sent us photos and messages every day, so we always knew Zeus was happy, healthy, and in great hands. We couldn’t have asked for a better house and pet sitter. I would highly recommend Blaize to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and reliable for their house-sitting or pet-sitting needs. We will definitely be asking her to watch Zeus again!
Blaize has been walking my Siberian Husky while I'm at work last two months, so I've gathered enough data to not have anxiety anymore (before this job I was able to step out and give her quick walk mid-day) as Huskies definitely pose an extra challenge. She's on time, always sends pictures and description of each visit (even if it's multiple times per day), communicates clearly and is very polite. I'm very grateful for her help!
