We have two acres of fenced yard for free play. Our home is very dog friendly (all tile, very few pieces of upholstered furniture), but we can also crate your pup, if that makes him/her more comfortable. If your dog is a swimmer (and doesn’t mind post-swim baths), we have a pond in the back pasture.

I will mainly want to know what will make your pup feel most comfortable. Also, we do have a child, another dog, horses (fenced away from the yard), and chickens. So, we definitely need an initial meet and greet to make sure we can all get along.
A typical day
Our yard is great for playing chase or fetch. We have a pond in the back pasture for the occasional swim. For short walks, we have a nearby neighborhood with very little traffic. If we want to get some miles in, the Lake Arcadia trails are just 15 minutes away.

We’ve had dogs our whole lives, and dog sat for many friends and neighbors over the years. Our fenced acreage in Jones was made for dogs. Our 9 year old lab mix loves company and our daughter loves to play fetch. We can’t wait to meet your fur baby!
