UPDATE ► ► ► As of 7/23/21 I will no longer be accepting new clients in metro Phoenix. I will only be offering house sitting and drop in visits for my REPEAT CLIENTS. As I have told many of you, I am retiring to my house in San Felipe Mexico. I am available anytime for caring for your dog, but since it is a 6 hour drive for me your request has to make financial sense. In the past I have owned a Collie for 17 years, a Labrador Mix for 7 years, a Golden Retriever Mix for 7 years and two Miniature Schnauzers for 11 years. Now, I am without any dogs. CALENDAR AVAILABILITY☺ ☺ ☺ The Rover calendar only shows if I am available for new bookings beginning that day. At the time of your request, I will respond with my availability. Feel free to contact me by phone or via Rover. TIPPING☺ ☺ ☺ Rover started beta testing the addition of a tipping option on their website on October 1, 2020 for select cities. Phoenix was recently added FREQUENT FLYER MILEAGE☺ ☺ ☺ Alaska Airlines and American Airlines offer bonus credits and/or mileage credit for each dollar spent with Rover. Please check their websites for details. DROP-IN VISITS☺ ☺ ☺ I offer both 30 and 60 minute drop-ins. Prices on Rover are per visit per day. This is a great option while you are away, for your dog to get exercise, be let out back to take care of their business and get fed. Since all of your dogs are familiar with me, I would just need your address and directions for feeding and home entry. HOUSE SITTING☺ ☺ ☺ Best option for many dogs, as I would be staying at your house where they are most comfortable. All I would really need is directions for home entry, feeding, sleeping arrangements and in-home internet access (if available).

We will only leave town IF we can get Blaine as our dog sitter. He stayed in our home and when we came back, the house was cleaned, and the dogs happy. HE IS GREAT!

Blaine’s service is exceptional. He was attentive to every need and made things as familiar and comfortable for both my dogs. I was nervous leaving both my dogs for the first time, but the communication and continuous updates were great so I was able to enjoy my time away. You can tell he loves what he does and really cares for the dogs, which is exactly the kind of person I want watching my pups! I can’t imagine using anyone else now that we have had Blaine care for our dogs.
I was very pleased with Blaine as Penny's caregiver while we were away. He sent pics and videos everyday. I could tell she was well cared for by her relaxed attitude when we got home. THANK YOU BLAINE!

Schedule
I am retired (and living in San Felipe Mexico) and available to care for your dogs whether it be dropping in, or staying overnight at your house. I have a family member located in Buckeye with whom I will stay if you'd like me to just drop in on your dogs.

Safety, trust & environment
When it is time for your dogs to go outside and take care of their business, I go with them and I won't just let them out the doggie door to be on their own. I prefer that we exercise and play in your backyard and not leave the security of your house to go take them on a walk...but will do so if you think it will be a safe environment.
A typical day
If your dogs have a few favorite toys hanging around the house or yard, please make sure and show me their location and let me know their favorite hiding spots if I can't find them!!
