Ratings and reviews
Everything was good. Binlin was responsive and sent photos and videos as requested. The drop of and collection experience was smooth. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the fact that I never met Binlin personally. She delegated check in/out to her flatmate which is fine, but was somewhat unusual.
I can’t recommend Binlin enough, she messaged photos every day and was so happy to look after our lil cat. We felt as though Boo was in safe hands the whole time, and could enjoy our holiday knowing she was a happy and well taken care of kitty.
Binlin was wonderful with our cat! She was reliable and caring, and kept us updated with daily photos and messages. Highly recommended!
