Never again! This was my first time using billy to watch my pup dec 22nd -1st Jan . Everything was fine at first, he didn’t send as many updates or pics of my pup as many of the other rover boarders do. That didn’t bother me too much. But what did bother me was by day three he was unresponsive, I just let it be for a couple days I didn’t need too much update I suppose. But coming close to the end of the stay I wasn’t getting a message back. I called his phone, no answer. Called rover support, they reached out to him directly his emergency contact, again no answer. Rover suggested to call the police to do a welfare check. Which I did, the lapd sent a officer over to his apt to see if everything was ok.they knocked, no answer. Legally they couldn’t enter but the police told me there was a dog barking when they knocked. That gave me a little relief. Late on New Year’s Eve I get a “hey my phone broke”. 7 days no response unacceptable. You can’t borrow someone’s phone , login on a computer?

Very great with my dog was able to give her a bath with no issues; he is a great dog walker my dog mama always come back in a good mood ready for a nap after having a treat at his request.

Billy was amazing and took such great care of Heather!!! Definitely such a big help.
