Billie did great walking finley. Very communicative and lots of picture updates.

Billie was such a Blessing to me in my urgent time of need. She took care of my babies, and I was so relieved! Thank you!!

Life saver as always 💜

I really wish I could rate Billie higher. I booked four days of 30-minute walks with her while my partner and I were out of town. For the first three days, she was very punctual and communicative, giving me pictures and comments, which was very much appreciated! However, on the last day, she submitted a report card for their walk that day. However, based on my pet cams, my dog was never picked up nor left the apartment at all during the hours surrounding their scheduled walk time. I sent her a message asking if she was running late at all or if her availability changed, which is totally fine and understandable, but I did not receive a response. I was really disappointed in the lying and lack of communication. I was not really concerned about the money, but more so the fact that my dog was not being let out when I was not getting back into town until late at night. Thankfully, my pet sitter was able to come earlier than their scheduled time to walk him, but I am not sure what I would have done if not for that. Unfortunately, for this, I cannot recommend Billie in the future.

Responded super fast and helped me with my under stimulated husky at the last minute! Literally a life saver.

Billie is amazing! Gave me the peace of mind I needed while traveling.
