Home away from home for your pet
I have cared for dogs my entire life, and we have been a multi-dog home for the past 20 years. We currently own a male Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. We recently lost our other Cavs so we just have Niles. If you choose to board your dog with us or allow us to provide Doggie Day Care service we will treat your pet like a part of the family as if they were our own. We live on a 3 acre plot of land in rural Johnstown, a good portion of our back lot is fenced in to allow our dogs a lot of room to play. Your dog will never be unsupervised, even inside the fenced yard. We can tailor our boarding to your specific needs. We can kennel your dog at night or allow your dog to sleep in a bed if that's what they are accustomed to. The goal is for your dog to feel as relaxed as possible while you're away. I have owned dogs in the past that were scared of loud noises, thunder, had severe separation anxiety, etc. So I have a lot of experience dealing with dogs with some special needs. I advise that you bring familiar items with you (toys, blankets) for boarding and day care services in order for your dog to have some familiar surroundings, especially if they are not used to being away from the owner. In order for us to provide service for you: *Your dog must get along with other dogs *If they have a good temperament, they’re welcome here. *During the meet and greet we need to know any special needs your pet may have (meds, feeding and sleeping routines, ) *No cats please

Bill & Mary did a great job taking care of my Roxie. The kept me updated with photos. They understood I was worried about her as it was the first time she would be at a pet sitter without her sister that passed away a few months ago. Mary was so excited when we got there to have me enjoy the reunion. She told me to stand off to the side of the house and she would let Roxie out the door. Mary enjoys the reunions of pet and owner very much. It was cute.
Bill & Mary are wonderful pet sitters! We have used them a few times now for a variety of stays ranging from 2 days to 5 days. We have always had a good experience! Grizzly can be a bit of an anxious dog, but he leaps out of the car excitedly whenever we pull into their driveway. They are also very communicative with photos and messages which I appreciate! I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable and attentive place to stay for their pup.
I was very worried about leaving Hazel for the first time. However, after receiving updates and pictures of Hazel running and having such a good time, I should have worried about whether she would want to come home! Hazel will definitely be returning to visit Bill, Mary, and Ashley again!!
It’s a dog party!
Scout just came home after a week with Bill and Mary. He’s tired and happy and maybe a little disappointed that he had to leave his friends 😆. We never worry about him when he’s in their care. Scout gives all 4 paws up!
Bill and Mary are the best! Our dogs have been going there for years and they always have as much fun on their vacation as we do!!

A typical day
Your dog will get extensive outdoor playtime with our three Cavs. We also go on leashed walks on a nature/bike trail that is close by.
