Pet care fits very naturally into my routine since I work a hybrid schedule and am typically a homebody outside of work. During the week, I only go into the office for half days, and I work fully remote on Fridays, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks, drop-ins, feeding schedules, playtime, and quality attention throughout the day. Weekends are even more open, and I’m generally available all day for pet sitting, extended visits, or extra care as needed. Since my wife and I already care for our three cats daily, our home and lifestyle are very pet-centered, and making animals feel safe and cared for is something we genuinely enjoy.

I always focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while keeping their normal routines as consistent as possible. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I pay close attention to their behavior, energy levels, feeding schedules, medications, and any special instructions provided by the owner. I have 16 years of experience fostering dogs and regularly volunteer at an animal shelter, so I’m comfortable handling pets with different temperaments, including shy, anxious, senior, or high-energy animals. My wife and I also have three cats of our own, so our home is already very pet-focused and calm. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat the space respectfully and make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, affection, and supervision. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are happy and in good hands.

Dogs that relaxed/lazy, I am more than happy to lounge and some active play around the house or backyard. Dogs that require more activity, I love going to the dog park, or long walks; letting them get all their zoomies out.

I’ve spent the last 16 years fostering dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities, including shy rescues, high-energy puppies, and senior dogs needing extra patience and care. I also volunteer regularly at my local animal shelter, which has given me experience handling dogs with different temperaments and comfort levels. I’m comfortable with medication routines, slow introductions, senior pet support, and helping anxious animals feel safe and relaxed. At home, I also care for my three cats, so I understand how important it is to treat every pet like family and pay attention to their individual needs and routines. My goal is always to provide calm, reliable, and loving care so pets feel comfortable while their owners are away.
