Bianca is so pleasant and kind.. Max really took to her which was a big deal for us.. I would definitely use her again.

Bianca and her family were really nice. They have a huge backyard. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the best experience for our dog, he didn’t eat much while there and was noticeably thinner when we picked him up. We also had to throw away his dog bed because they said he had an accident. This hasn’t happened in the past, so I’m not sure what caused him to have an accident. I also wish she would have been more communicative. She said that she would send photos and updates, but she only gave updates when I asked. Other sitters we’ve had in the past sent updates/photos through out the day without us having to reach out. This wasn’t the best experience for us or our dog, but it may work for others.

This was our longest trip (2 weeks) without Hank and also the first time booking with them, so we were nervous about how things would go. But Hank had a great time! Bianca kept me posted and made sure to take really good care of him. We really appreciated all that they've done and we would definitely book them again!

Bianca and her family were super welcoming in hosting Mia during the Winter break. She would send me updates on how Mia was doing and her dog Chance quickly became Mia’s best friend.

Bianca is EXCELLENT!! She is trustworthy and consistent. We have used her twice now, once for a very extended period of time, and once for a short trip. We will continue to book her every time we need a dog sitter!

Bianca took care of my cocker spaniel for almost 3 weeks at her house. Was a little nervous because I've never left my dog with anyone else before. She provided periodical updates with pictures and answered all my questions, will definitely be getting her services again in the future.
