Bianca took amazing care of my three cats and two dogs while I was on vacation, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bianca has been a lifesaver. I don’t have a lot of help with my dogs and I don’t trust a lot of people because they don’t take care of them however I would like them too. I’m very picky of how they are treated. I do have a camera so I have seen how she treats them with love and so much care and follows all my guidelines. She sends me pictures and videos and gives me updates. Takes them to the vet when I can’t and just give them the love that I can’t give them when I’m not there. I appreciate her so much .
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bianca was attentive, communicative, and genuinely caring with our dog (Paco). She gave us regular updates, sent us photos which gave us peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that our dog was safe and comfortable the entire time. We have since then used Bianca several times. I would highly recommend her.
