Our kitties enjoyed Bianca very much. First visit was great: right on time, followed food + care info, great updates. Second visit was missed: we reached out via the app 1 and 2 hours after booked time to see if she was okay. Thankfully our boys aren’t on meds but we were concerned about lack of food and offered to return early from our weekend trip. Bianca replied 2.5hrs after the booked time, apologized for missing the visit, and headed over to see them. It was clear from the updates that our kitties were super happy and comfortable with her. If not for the missed visit it would have been a 5-star experience.
A other great house sit for my 2 dogs. Bianca gives us a great piece of mind on our trips. We highly recommend.
This was my first experience using Rover and I could not be more pleased. I appreciate that Bianca was willing to arrange a meet & greet in advance which provided ample reassurance that my fur babies were in good hands. Bianca was responsive and communicative throughout the sitting, providing plenty of details about each visit along with photos. Her check-ins were always a bit longer than the scheduled 30 mins which demonstrates her level of service and care. I would certainly recommend Bianca to others and will book with her in the future. We had Bianca house sit our 2 dogs. Our chihuahua can be quite difficult the first few meets. Bianca was great, communicated very well. Took great care of our home and our dogs, followed care instructions. We would recommend and will definitely book her again!

Bianca accepted our reservation last minute and took really good care of our dog Cooper, he is wearing a cone and needed some medication and she made sure he was well fed before giving him the medicine. Took him on a couple walks and she kept us informed of anything happening as well as sending pictures throughout the sitting. I would definitely recommend her if you need someone that pays attention to detail while making sure your pet is happy.
