I understand that leaving your dog for any amount of time can be stressful on both the owner and the pet. I have two dogs of my own. My two dogs are both older shih tzu's. Due to their age, at this time, I am only able to care for low to medium energy dogs. My dogs are not interested in playing so puppies and high energy dogs are not the best fit. However, if your dog loves sleeping on the couch and getting an infinite amount of pets then our home would be a great fit. My wife and I have no children and our life is pretty low key. I have previously volunteered at the Humane Society of West Michigan walking pets and assisting with helping find dogs suitable homes. Additionally, I assist with Lost Paws, LLC which is a pet detective agency that assists owners whose dogs have gotten lost. I am very careful and respectful. I have a strong understanding of canine behavior. I am very passionate about animals and will treat your pet like my own. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I hope I get a chance to meet your furry friend. I do work a full time job M-F, but am currently working from home so I can be flexible with drop off and pickup times. I am also home all day on the weekends and can be flexible with pick up drop off times during weekends. I have a large fenced in back yard. I work from home and never leave dogs out unattended. I have crates available if your dog prefers to have a space to retreat to.
