She has been responsible, punctual and demonstrated the utmost responsibility even in storm weather. My 3 cats adore Bianca, and they feel comfortable and happy in her care. Whether it's feeding, playing, or simply spending time with them, she always knows how to keep them content and well-looked after. I truly appreciate her reliability and dedication. One of my cats takes daily medication for diabetes and Biance consistently arrives on time and follows all instructions to the letter, giving me complete peace of mind while I'm away. Bianca was responsible and took great care of my kitties, especially the one who needed daily medication at a specific time. We were gone for 2 weeks and I was concerned about having someone that would able to be consistent with the medication and their care. However, Bianca was always punctual and provided excellent reports and pictures. I am very pleased with her services. I highly recommend her.
