In my home, pets are treated like family, with love, patience, and lots of attention to their needs. I make sure everyone has fresh water, regular meals, potty breaks, and cozy places to rest (including crates or safe zones if they need a little quiet). I’m big on snuggles, enrichment, and making sure they feel safe and secure. I also keep an eye on behavior and energy levels, and I’m comfortable giving oral medication if needed. Whether they’re shy or extra playful, I adapt to their vibe and treat them like my own.

I like to know as much as possible about a pet’s routine and personality ahead of time so I can give them the best care. Important things include: • Their daily schedule (feeding, potty breaks, walks, bedtime, etc.) • Any medical needs, medications, or allergies • Comfort items (favorite toy, blanket, treat) • How they do with other animals or new people • Their energy level and play style • Any habits, quirks, or fears (like thunderstorms, vacuums, or fireworks). The more I know, the easier it is to keep them happy, safe, and comfortable while you’re away.
A typical day
When I’m with pets, I make sure they get the perfect mix of exercise, mental stimulation, and cuddles. For dogs, that could mean going on walks, playing fetch, having a little tug-of-war, or something low key if they need it. Cats get lots of playtime with their favorite toys or just some cozy pets if that’s more their style. I pay attention to each pet’s personality and energy level so every activity feels fun, safe, and comforting for them.

I’ve been caring for animals my whole life, from playful puppies to sweet senior pets. I live in a calm, cozy home with lots of love to give and a soft spot for shy or anxious critters. I know every pet is unique, and I take time to get to know their needs and comfort zones. Whether your pet is high energy, a cuddlebug, or a lil’ weirdo, I’ve got the patience, gentleness, and love to make them feel safe and happy. I’ve cared for cats, dogs, chickens, fish etc. I’m comfortable giving oral medications. I’m also a master of belly rubs, slow trust building, and making anxious animals feel safe.
