Cannot possibly overstate how wonderful Bianca was to us and Kona. We had to adjust days and times twice and she adjusted in the app and was extremely malleable, assertive and professional about everything. We added extra walks before leaving town and she was able to accommodate. We never waited on a response, she was always present when we needed to communicate. Bianca exudes trust, efficiency and professionalism - an extremely kind, gentle but assertive presence. Kona is pretty big/strong and sometimes difficult, reactive to other dogs and we were very anxious using rover walking services for the very first time - she provided the ease of mind we so desperately needed. Incredibly detailed feedback and tracking of every single walk, pee, etc… multiple pictures. Whenever we leave town and need help with Kona, we will be crossing our fingers that Bianca is available.
Bianca was a wonderful sitter. I knew the moment I met her that my pooch was in good hands which put me at ease. My dog takes time to warm up to people but he was well acquainted with Bianca so quickly. She provided frequent updates and I could tell my dog felt comfortable with her in photos. When I picked my dog up he was crying when she left and was searching for her. I would absolutely recommend her to look after your pet.
Bianca took a really good care of Cookie. She didn’t wanna come home. She sent me daily pictures and Cookie seemed very comfortable and happy. Thank you so much. I will definitely board Cookie with Bianca next time, too.
Bianca is fabulous. She is kind, loving, competent, caring. She was attentive to my tiny, anxious, elderly dog's needs. Bianca adjusted and adapted what I'd shared with her so that it worked in her home, e.g., my dog wouldn't eat with the same set-up as I use so Bianca tried out different ways until my dog finally ate. I was curious to see how Bianca's cat would be with my dog. At the meet & greet they calmly sized each other up. During the stay Bianca shared a lovely photo of my dog snuggled on her sofa with her cat on the armrest. Nice, mellow companions. I was thoroughly comfortable leaving my dog in Bianca's care and will absolutely do so again when I go out of town and can't bring my dog with me.
