Hi! I'm Bianca and I'm a PhD researcher at the University of Leeds, though I have a long experience as a cat owner and cat sitter (I've been on Cat in a Flat since 2018!), and I've worked in a cat café for a year! It goes without saying that I love cats: I have been around them since I was very little, along with an aquarium full of fish and a house full of plants! The main reason I am a cat sitter is that I really miss the cats I left at home when I moved here - Nimue, 11 y/o and Billy, 5 y/o - and I'd be glad to spend some quality time with your pets and care for them, whatever they may need! Some more info: - my postcode is LS1 3DA, I am happy to visit all cats that don't live too far from my place! - my schedule is quite flexible: it shouldn't be a problem for me to visit your cat twice a day, for example a morning and an afternoon visit! Safety, trust & environment
I will do anything you ask for in terms of keeping your cat safe and happy! In my experience with cats, I've learned they all have their specific needs and personalities, and I am happy to adapt to what your cat needs the most (be it play, cuddles, or even just companionable alone time while I make sure they're doing alright as I visit!) I also like to do all I can to reassure you while you've away from your cat! I know it can be a bit stressful to leave your cat with someone else, so I'm happy to communicate with you in whatever way you find better. I usually update owners via Whatsapp with plenty of pictures and videos every time I visit their cats, in case you miss them and you've worried about them! I've occasionally also videocalled, when the owners had been away for a long while and missed their cat a bit too much! Anything to make sure you know your cat is safe, well taken care of and happy while you're away!

Bianca is a brilliant sitter, she’s looked after my fur baby Floki a few times now and is extremely attentive and experienced. Floki loves her visits as she plays with him and gives him loads of cuddles! I’d recommend her to anyone looking for the best quality of care for their cat. She also keeps you updated with lots of pics/videos which I loved!

Schedule
I am based in the city centre, and I work more or less in the same area; if you don't live too far, I would be happy to visit your cat in the morning or afternoon/evening, or both if you like!
- CatsBianca can host up to 2 drop-ins per day
- Please let me know if your cat has any special needs, no matter how small! For example, if they like to have a specific kind of treat, or if they like one of their toys in particular! I also ask about health conditions and vet contacts, just to be on the safe side!
