I welcome feedback and instructions if you have a preferred way to care for your fur babies who, after all, are family. I provide lots of photos and updates while they're in my care. I answer your questions as best as I can to reassure you that they will be in good hands. I've had several repeat clients and I provide pet services to new clients regularly.

Safety, trust & environment
Before your first Rover service with me, I'm happy to discuss your fur baby's needs and other relevant information, including where their things are located and how to enter the building/unit. If meeting in-person isn't a preferred option, please send me detailed entry and care instructions and/or try to be available via chat or phone just in case there are any unforeseen issues. Otherwise, we can work together to schedule a meet and greet before the first day of service - I'm fully vaccinated (and boosted!) and can mask up if requested.

Bianca took great care of Kiki while I was away. She’s super responsive, sent photos/videos/updates timely. She also prioritizes hygiene which is the most important for me! Kiki seemed to have loved her time with Bianca :)

Bianca is so awesome. She sends update and pictures how Cujo and Kraken are doing. Peace of mind and took good care of them. Best part she text when unsure and truly appreciate her concerns. Will definitely use her again!!

Schedule
If you don't see availability for your anticipated dates in my calendar, feel free to message me anyway. Please don't send booking requests more than a month in advance. I have a full-time job and other commitments, so I'll coordinate scheduling with you as needed. Prior to confirming services, I want to be sure I have enough time to take care of your pets and learn ways to make their (and your) experience better.
