Hi, I’m Bianca. I’m a licensed pet sitter (Licence Number 13292) with Eastbourne Borough Council and fully insured with Protectivity Insurance. I have also been DBS checked recently and I can provide you the certification. I take safety and hygiene very seriously, and I always keep my home prepared for pets. I have pet first aid available in-house, an air purifier running daily, and after every booking I deep clean my carpets and sofas so everything stays fresh and safe for the next visitor. I’ve been around both dogs and cats since I was a baby, so caring for them feels completely natural to me. Over the years I’ve lived with and looked after many pets, including a 14-year-old female Husky and a 2-year-old male Dalmatian. Living with pets of such different ages and personalities taught me a lot about their needs, routines, and emotions. My landlords trusted me fully, often leaving their dogs in my care for several days because they knew how responsible and loving I am. Following a pet’s routine is extremely important to me. I always pay close attention to instructions and stay flexible so your dog or cat feels comfortable, safe, and loved. I’ve also had returning Rover clients, and the bonds I build with their pets mean so much to me. When a pet stays with me, it genuinely feels like they become part of my little family. I recently bought a house with a secure, fenced garden that gives dogs a safe place to explore and relax. I only host one dog at a time so I can give them my full attention, understand their behaviour, and make sure they feel calm, happy, and cared for every moment they are with me. For me, Rover isn’t just pet sitting. It’s sharing my love for animals and giving them a home where they feel just as comfortable and loved as they do with you.

This was Dougie's second time coming to stay with Bianca and we know he loves his time here! He's very well looked after and gets lots of cuddles, and Bianca keeps us really well updated with lots of photos and videos which is very much appreciated. Dougie will definitely be coming back for another stay :)
Bianca was an absolutely fantastic sitter. Communication with Bianca was excellent throughout — she sent regular, detailed updates and lovely photos, which gave me complete peace of mind. Bianca was attentive, reliable, and clearly very caring and experienced. She was also incredibly understanding and flexible when my train was delayed, which I really appreciated. I left our little dog Peggy with Bianca for the first time today. I was a little apprehensive as she has recently developed separation anxiety. However, as soon as I got to Bianca’s, house Peggy was so excited and wasn’t at all bothered when I left. Bianca is very caring and thoughtful and understands dogs and their needs. We will definitely be using Bianca again and cannot recommend her more highly. Thank you Bianca.

Bianca was absolutely wonderful looking after Bella for the week. She was so lovely, helpful, and made Bella feel right at home. As Bella can be a little nervous, it meant so much that Bianca took the time to help her settle into a routine, especially at bedtime, which really put her at ease. The daily updates were amazing and gave me so much peace of mind seeing how comfortable and happy Bella was. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommend Bianca!

Schedule
I currently work a full-time remote job from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays. However, I am quite flexible with my breaks and can easily attend to your pet’s needs, whether it’s checking in, playing, feeding, or walking them during boarding or pet care services. For dog walking services, I'm available to pick up your dog after 5:00 PM on weekdays. On weekends, I'm free all day for walks!

When walking dogs, safety and trust are my top priorities. I always use sturdy, secure leashes and harnesses to ensure the dogs are safely under control. I stay vigilant, keeping an eye out for potential hazards like traffic, other animals, or unsafe terrain. I follow any specific instructions from the pet owners regarding their dog’s behavior and preferences, ensuring the walks are enjoyable and stress-free. I also carry essential items like water, waste bags, and a first-aid kit to handle any situation that might arise. Building trust with the dogs is crucial; I use positive reinforcement and maintain a calm, confident demeanor to make them feel secure and happy during our walks. This approach not only ensures their safety but also strengthens the bond of trust between us.
A typical day
A typical day with me includes lots of playtime, walks, and cuddles. I make sure your pet feels loved and comfortable throughout the day. We’ll explore local parks and trails, fetch, tug-of-war, and other fun games, basic commands and tricks, plenty of affection and cozy rest periods. I live next to Seaside Rec and Playground park!
