I was looking forward to my dog staying with Bhakti for a quick 24-hour visit. We did a meet and greet beforehand, and when I dropped my dog off, Bhakti had treats and toys waiting for her. She also sent updates throughout the day, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the morning of pickup was a very different experience. I reached out around 7:30 a.m. to check in and didn’t receive a response. I followed up several hours later and still didn’t hear back. Our agreed-upon pickup time was 10:00 a.m., and when I called twice after that time, my calls also went unanswered. At that point, I walked over to pick up my dog, hoping Bhakti would be home. When I arrived shortly before 11 AM, Bhakti was still asleep and had not yet fed my dog. The lack of communication and not caring for my dog, especially after the scheduled pickup time had passed, was concerning and left me worried about my dog. Not responding to messages or calls, being asleep 3+ hours after her usual breakfast time, and if asleep not haven given my dog a walk or attention by that point was disappointing. I appreciated the positive aspects of the stay, but the experience that morning is something I think other pet owners should be aware of.

Bhakti was great - communicated throughout the entire time and Roki really enjoyed her stay!
