Dogs are God’s gift to humans!
I have had three different dogs. A dachshund since a puppy, a lab retriever rescue at the age 11, and I Boston terrier rescue at the age of eight. I provided all of them with a loving, caring and safe home, abundant with love and kisses. I know that dogs often feel safe in their cages, and when I used to do with my dog, leave the door open so that they could go in and out freely. I also know that dogs can be nervous during storms and poor weather, as well as other threats, such as animals or feeling lonely, or the loss of their sense of comfort. I understand them symptoms they display in terms of shaking, excessive looking, pacing back-and-forth, etc. I’m familiar with weighted jackets or weighted blankets to calm them as well as I have an herb that I’ve given to my dog to calm her that is made of all natural Ingredients. I had to put my last dog down, Boston terrier, Bella, last April and I miss her severely. My schedule doesn’t allow for me to have a dog right now, but I miss the companionship, and that is why I applied for this job because I want to give my love attention and commitment to other dogs!

Safety, trust & environment
I prefer to watch the dogs in my home. I would make sure that they get their daily walks or frequent walks throughout the day as well as potty breaks frequently, attention by playing with them, loving on them, petting them, and interacting with them through affectionate speech. I enjoy giving treats to dogs for a good behavior, as well as reinforcing good habits. I would also watch and take care of your dog as though it were mine. I’m very affectionate with dogs and they seem to be drawn to me. I’ve had many friends who’ve had apprehensive dogs that are not comfortable with strangers, but when I come into the room, they are frequently at ease immediately. I will also take care of your pet and protect it as it were mine. As a retired teacher special ed I’m a very nurturing, kind, and an empathetic person, and would love to watch and care for your pet.

Our experience was good overall. Lexi was cared for during her stay, and we appreciated the sitter’s availability and help. Our home was clean and tidy upon our return. Thank you for taking care of our Lexi.
Bev was amazing! We have a new rescue with a a lot of anxiety and she did a great job with our girl! We requested a sitter on short notice for Valentine’s Day and Bev pulled through. We will absolutely use Bev again!!
Beverly has several qualities which commend her for this work. First, she is crazy about animals and has had at least three dogs in the fifty years I have known her which she has cared for beautifully. Second, she is a very conscientious and organized person and would be completely reliable. Third, she has the best work ethic of anyone I’ve ever known. She is not afraid of hard work and will always see a job through. She is the whole package. Trust me, you do not want to take a pass on this woman.
For the past several years, Beverly has been a wonderful next-door neighbor. She is such a kind and helpful person we can always count on. My cats have always gravitated to her and they trusted her right away - she has that special way with animals. She had a loving bond with her own senior pup until she passed, and when another neighbor was ailing and needed a hand, she pitched in with daily dog walks and care. She is a trustworthy, energetic, and positive person. Any pet would be lucky to spend time with her.
Beverly.\n Is a great lady, very caring, very trustworthy? My dog story is friend of mine had a Boston terrier. Probably 1012 years ago. It ran away, Beverly found out where it was friend of mine didn't want it back, she took care of it, gave it a good home for 1012 years has a good heart for pets, very trustworthy person. She would be a good person for your company
I was in the hospital for months. Bev took my 2 little dogs to her house. Loved them, walked them and was so good to them. Every time they see her there tails would wag and get so excited to see her. I highly recommend Bev to take great great care of dogs.

Schedule
I am currently retired and have a very flexible schedule where I am pretty much available. I can basically dog sit anytime, Monday through Sunday.

- Let me know if your dog has any needs, medication, sleep habits, play habits etc so I can best care for your pet! I will take care of senior dogs as well!
