I have for over 25 years experience of looking after animals including Yorkies, Dalmatians, Sheepdogs, Staffies, Cocker Spaniels, Cockerpoos. Cavapoos,Papillion's, Collies, Cockers Spaniels.Frenchies, Dashounds and many more, all kinds from large to small. I only look after small to medium dogs now and will take puppies as well. I also worked in a vets for 3 years and learnt a great deal from this, I have good basic animal knowledge. I have taken several courses in animal management and have a animal first aid certificate. I have always loved animals, from the smallest to the biggest. etc They have always played a big part in our family. Dogs always seem to have unconditional love and loyalty to humans which I find really amazing. My oldest dog lived until 22 years of age and broke my heart when she was no longer around, so I have always like to have dogs as company. I have good senior dog knowledge as well as coping with a couple of litters of puppies in the past. I live in a child free home where your animal is going to get the love and attention they need. I have separate areas for animals should they wish to have their own space.And i have looked after elderley dogs as well. We live close to lovely parks and lakes for walks and your dog will be treated as part of out family with lots of cuddles and attention. I know how anxious it can be when leaving your pet with someone so I will take photos and send you regular updates to keep your mind at ease. My home is fully fenced with no back access so dogs can not escape from my garden. We have 2 front doors for safety aspects, and I can separate dogs if they want a quiet space if required. Your pet being happy in my home is very important to me, its not just a job, that's why I am at home every day, and have dog cameras inside my home as well. I am happy to use crates for sleeping if this is what your dog is used to, or they are welcome to stay in the same room as me for sleeping. During the day, your dog will be with me, just roaming round my home, playing in the garden, or out on a walk. All dogs are allowed on the couches etc, I have also got separate areas if required. I also have a big hexogen pen in my kitchen, should you dog wish to have their own space. All dogs need to have, up to date vaccinations. I have a Pet First Aid certificate and an enhanced DBS certificate should you wish to see this.

This was the first time I had left Coco outside of family home. Beverley was understandable, kept me updated and reassured everything was ok. Would recommend and happy to leave Coco again when we plan to go away. Thanks for making it an enjoyable experience for Coco.

We are very grateful to Beverley for looking after our dog Lyla while we were away. She took such great care of my dog. She provided regular updates, photos and videos, which gave us peace of mind. I was also glad to know Lyla got on well with Beverley's dogs. I would definitely recommend her, and we would definitely use her services again.
Beverley was fantastic. Alfie took a few days to settle in, but Beverley was patient with him. He got on well with her other dogs and she sent us daily pictures and updates. We wasted no time in booking her again for our next holiday and would have no hesitation in recommending her to others.

Schedule
I am at home daily and available 7 days a week. Your precious furry friend will be treated like part of our family, and included in everything we do as a family. I play games with them like ball games, catch and throw, or hiding things for them to find. If they don't want to play they get lots of cuddles to make them feel at home. I also do have cameras watching the dogs and dogs are never left alone together without me being around. I am good at reading dog behaviour issues, so know when a dog is stressed or not and act upon it straight away. Some dogs just need some space to adapt to different surrounding. After 25 years of having dogs , with some from rescues , I have gained valuable experience in behaviours. I am available throughout the year except for my 1 annual holiday I have a 1 Cocker Spaniels, and a tiny Chinese Crested Dog, which get on well with other dogs and love the company of others. My family have been full on animal lovers and we have had all types and animals over the years, Dogs are all fed in separate arears to insure they all get their own food to enjoy, and always watched while they are eating it, to make sure they are eating ok. If boarding over night, the dogs sleep either down stairs in my lounge or in my bedroom in crates or on their dog beds as required so I can keep my eye on them and find they tend to settle better, when they are near me. I have lots of toys for them to play with as well as dog tunnels for them to go through etc, I also have dog paddling pool for summer they love it such great fun watching them in it. When boarding overnight i try to keep to 1 dog unless its the last day of the present dog, or unless they are from the same family.

My home is fully fenced and I have 2 doors on the front of my house. I also have a stairgate available as well. My garden is mainly paved, with a astroturf patio area and I can see the dogs at all times. I have lots of toys and a huge hexagon pen if required. I also have spare bedrooms if they need there own space upstairs, or if they are nervous and wish to be alone, also tv can be left on for them for background noise as this seems to settle nervous dogs more easily. Dogs can be walked on their own or with my dogs as required. They will be treated as part of the family, and will hopefully they enjoy their stay. Ive looked after dogs that are extremely anxious, and have all settled down well, after getting used to new surroundings.

A typical day
We have some amazing places like lakes and woodland to walk around as well as parks etc. Depending on what the dog likes or if they are nervous I can take them where not so many people and animals are around, I also don't take them for walks at school time as I find it a bit distracting if there are to many people around. We are really lucky to have lovely walks round here. I do not let them off the lead unless in a closed in fenced area by themselves, so keep them on along training lead otherwise. We have lots of toys for dogs to play with and small dog paddling pool for hot day.

- I have cared for dogs that are frail/elderly and dogs that were deaf which can be quite challenging, but rewarding when you see the results, some have special needs, or just some dogs that require more attention. I do have a form for you to fill in with all your dogs details on and if they are on any medication etc. I have many repeat clients and sincerely hope your dog enjoys their stay at my family home.
