I'm a university student, but if you ask about my schedule, I'll answer honestly and openly. I like to be with the pets as much as possible when I am hired, so that they aren't lonely. I make time for pets and I make sure it doesn't take me away from my other responsibilities.

At the clients home, I'd take care to make sure I don't leave any messes and clean up after myself. I like to be respectful as I am a guest caring for a loved family member. I would also make sure the pet is well maintained, fed, pottied, and given company. I do not bring guests into the house without owner's permission and I also don't smoke or drink so that I'm always readily available to tend to pets needs.

I like to know a little about each pet, quirks, problems, favorite things to do, triggers, that sort of thing. Do they like to be picked up, are they alright for walks, and any other special need your pet may need. I want to know your pet in order to give it the best care possible!
A typical day
If they are permitted to go on a walk, I will take them to smell the neighborhood and if it's just a stay at home visit, I'll give them plenty of pets and if they have any toys, play fetch or anything they enjoy. Also plenty of cuddles!

I've lived with a lot of animals since I was young and have specifically taken care of my dog for 10+ years, feeding, bathing, grooming, and everything else. I have pet sitted older dogs before as well.
