Hi, I'm Betty, a first-generation Vietnamese American jewelry artist. The love and joy our pets bring inspire my approach to pet care. I recognize the faith and trust required to leave your beloved pets in someone else’s care inside your own home. Being entrusted with your family members’ well-being is a responsibility I hold with great respect. Using the same practice of presence, intention, and curiosity that I do when creating my artwork, I do my best to observe, listen, and pay attention to the details, both big and small, that go into a safe, positive, and enjoyable experience every time your pets are with me. Since all pets have their own unique energy and personality, I take the time to engage with them on an individual level, at their own pace, while honoring daily needs and routines. I prioritize clarity, healthy structures, and maintaining a calm environment. This structure ensures that joy, play, and connection happen naturally, safely, and with peace of mind. With me, your love for your fur family always stays present even when you’re not there. *As your pet sitter, I represent you professionally within your community. I maintain the cleanliness of your home and adhere to a no-drugs or alcohol policy. I will be the sole person in your home during the service period.* 🐾 My approach: • Practicing daily grounding and regulation to provide a stable, predictable, and comforting presence for your emotionally sensitive pets. • Maintaining consistency with all house rules, respecting your home, and continuing any ongoing training you’ve established with your pet. • Providing light training and enrichment exercises to support mental stimulation, engagement, and a cooperative relationship. Treats are given in moderation and balanced with plenty of verbal praise and affection. • A safety-first approach to daily walks, play, and exercise that respects your pet’s health, limits, and needs, while closely honoring the specific guidance you provide for their care. • Embracing a learner’s mindset by asking questions rather than assuming. Investing time into a thorough process allows for learning how to best tend to your home and pets with genuine care and respect. 🐾 Experience: I’ve raised cats for 16+ years, and my current cat, Tan Tan is clicker-trained by me. She knows how to do sit, lie down, spin, kiss, paw, high-five, up, and place! I've also helped care and train a variety of dog breeds over the years, from small to medium (Shiba Inu, Dachshund, Mini Aussiedoodle, Shih Tzu). I’m comfortable with caring for larger dogs as well. I treat every furry family member with patience, structure, and genuine care. In your home, I’m careful to follow your pet’s routines, training methods, rules, and safety structures to keep things familiar and stress-free. I aim to keep a calm, secure environment where your pets can play, rest, and receive all the love they need while you’re away. I currently have my own cutie cat 🐱 named Tan Tan. I’ve taught her tricks like sit, lay down, high five, spin, give paw, and even gives kisses on command! We’re currently working on leash training, and she is my world.

This Pet/House sitter was amazing! She took photos and videos of our dogs and sent them to us with an update on all the activities they did. She taught them tricks and they were so well loved. You should use Betty, especially if you care about your dogs care.
Betty was an absolutely amazing dog sitter for our boys. She took such thoughtful, loving care of them — they were happy, relaxed, and clearly well‑exercised when we got home. She sent so many great pictures throughout the stay, and we loved seeing all the sweet moments she captured. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was with them and treating them like her own. She was also a wonderful houseguest. Our home was left so tidy and cared for, which we appreciated more than she knows. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience and can’t wait to have her take care of our boys again. Highly recommend.
Betty was great! She's super detail oriented, communicated well, and asked a lot of good questions. You can tell she cares about your animal and my dog was instantly comfortable with her.
Betty is absolutely incredible! My dog, Willow, has some separation anxiety we’re working through and Betty has been so unbelievably patient and calm. She’s really taken the time to get to know Will and meet her where she’s comfortable. I feel so much peace of mind when Betty is watching Willow for me. I know I don’t have to worry about anything. Absolutely will be booking Betty for future do sitting.
An absolute professional! Extremely thorough, from the first meet and greet through the end of the stay. Routine updates every night including high quality photos and a summary of the day. Highly highly recommended!
Betty should receive 10 stars! We've never had this good of a sitter before. She made each dog feel special and spent one on one time making sure to get to know each of their individual personalities. She kept them active and entertained and made sure to give them loves. I think they were disappointed when we came home because they wanted more time with Betty. We are all grateful to have found her!

Dates de la garde
As a full-time artist, I have a flexible schedule, so I’m happy to work with you to keep a consistent routine and be truly present with your fur babies! I typically step out for about 4-5 hours during the day (up to 6 when it suits your pet’s routine), If you require complete 24-hour care without them being left alone at all, please let me know. Depending on the length of the booking and current availability, I can provide that for an additional daily rate.
