My name is Betty, and my mom's name is Hanzhi . I'm a local school teacher and my parents are retired seniors. We live in downtown Mountain View. We are able to take good care of your pets. - at least 3 times 30 minutes walk per day. - meet your dog's specific needs such as taking medication and brushing teeth. We are caring, responsible, and flexible.

Hanzhi and Betty did an excellent job taking care of our pups. Hanzhi sent lots of pictures and videos so we could stay updated. They were well taken care of and were walked several times a day. Note that Hanzhi seems to be the primary caregiver and Betty is the primary interface (due to language),.They are very popular sitters, so there may be other pups there at the same time.
Betty and her mom, Hanzhi, were absolutely wonderful! Betty was great with communication, while Hanzhi took amazing care of our dog, Meeko. Hanzhi was incredibly attentive, sending daily updates and lots of photos. It was clear Hanzhi followed all feeding instructions perfectly and gave Meeko plenty of walks and playtime. We came back to a happy, healthy pup and felt completely at ease the entire time. Highly recommend!
Betty and her family were so great with Bruno! He had many walks and so much love. He was very happy when I picked him up. Thank you so much!! Will definitely have Bruno stay again!!
Betty and Hanzhi were amazing! They keep me posted all the time about Layla and send me photos and videos every day. The communication was very fluid and they respond me very fast! Thank you for taking care of Layla :)
Betty and her mom took good care of Batman. Batman is a senior dog that requires multiple potty breaks, they made sure to accommodate based on Batman’s needs. They posted videos and photos multiple times a day, which made me rest assured and not worry about him when I was traveling outside. I also can tell Betty’s mom, who is the main care giver, is very patient and loves dogs. Will definitely come back if I need moving forward.
Betty and Hanzhi are very patient and communicative throughout the boarding time. Junie was very happy at their place and I’m so grateful for Betty and Hanzhi’s care for Junie :) he developed a very close relationship with Hanzhi apparently and that’s so adorable!!!

Schedule
Since I'm a school teacher, I'm home after 3PM daily and I have many holiday off and two month summer vacation. My parents are home all day along. Therefore, your dog will be around people most of the time. Weekdays you can drop off/pick up 8am-10pm. Weekends drop off/pick up 10am-10pm.

We live in a 1,450 square feet new condo in downtown Mountain View. We have a large fenced yard and a dog potty area inside our building. We will put your pet's safety and your home security first. We look for long terms good relationships. Let's build the trust gradually. We can arrange a time and meet in Schaefer Park before you decide to book. The address is 914 Mountain View Ave, Mountain View, CA 94040. Or you are welcome to meet at our home.
A typical day
We take dogs for a short/long walk around the complex, in downtown, or Eagle park daily. We follow your dog feeding and walking routine. We send photos/videos or Facetime very often.
Prices include all fees.
