Updated July 2026: Hi, I’m Betty! My love for dogs started with my golden retriever, Grizzly (cover picture). After Grizzly, I wanted to continue serving/loving on dogs, so I volunteered at the Maryland SPCA (also pictured) as a Dog Deputy 2, where I worked with level two (more anxious) dogs. My role involved walking them, giving them treats, refilling their water bowls, and spending one-on-one time with them in their kennels to help them feel more comfortable. My passion to care for dogs only grew, which led me to join Rover in 2023 —where I could continue spending time with dogs while providing them with attentive care. I am going on two years of experience on Rover, caring for both dogs and cats. Many of my regular clients trust me to sit for their pets repeatedly (some of them are also pictured in my profile). Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, feeding, or simply giving them company while you’re away, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for. Safety, trust & environment
In your home, I will make sure they are fed on time. To ensure this, I will have their food ready and water bowl filled. I will take them on their walks for physical activity and for their potty breaks. I will spend time playing with them and bonding with them by petting them and being affectionate towards them as I understand dogs are affectionate animals. I will tend to your dogs individual needs according to their age and limitations.
Ratings and reviews
Betty took great care of our two cats. She also did a great job communicating, letting us know if she was going to be a bit late to a check-in and even sending pictures of proof of cleaning the litter boxes 🙂. She also made friends with our less social cat, which was wonderful to see!

Grizzly was Betty’s first family dog. When her family got him as a new pet, she originally had no intentions of growing close to the dog because it was not in her plan to have one at that time. But immediately, she fell in love with Grizzly. Turned out, Betty began the main financial provider for him, spent the most time with him, played with him until he felt tired for his nap. She made sure his water bowl was always cleaned if ever there was dirt and was happy to spoil him with apple, peanut butter, rice, kidney beans, and many many dog treats. When it came to Grizzly, Betty was extremely caring, attentive, patient, and loving towards him. In all aspects of Grizzly’s life she would give her all; whether it came to feeding him on time, using toys proper for his age and size to play with him with, or even carefully carrying him whilst he was sleeping into his crate so he was safe and secure, Betty always made sure to put Grizzly first. I could continually go on about how great Betty was at caring for Grizzly, but I’ll just leave you with these for now!

I do work from 8:30-4PM on Mon-Fri. I am available any time Saturday. I am Unavailable Sundays. I am located in Morrow, GA.
