Lifelong Dog Lover
Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a beautiful cocker spaniel named Toto, who was my constant companion from the age of 3 until I was 15. I now own a friendly and loving Labrador called Leila, so I’m very familiar with daily walks, feeding routines, playtime, training reinforcement, and giving dogs the attention and reassurance they need to feel safe and happy. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I have been dog sitting for friends and family for several years. This has included dogs of different breeds, sizes, and personalities. I always treat every dog as if they were my own, making sure they are comfortable, well-exercised, and given plenty of love while their owners are away. I am very experienced with puppies as I have raised and trained Leila myself so i can provide training to your dogs if needed

I was put at ease straight away with a visit to Bettina’s with Bosco prior to his stay. During his stay Bettina kept me updated with how Bosco was doing. He was walked regularly and on collection it looked like he enjoyed his stay. Very happy with the care Bettina provided.
Bettina, thank you so much for looking after my beautiful boy, Toast. You were able to accommodate for us and accept my booking last minute and I cannot tell you what a saviour that was. You kindly let Toast come to visit and say a quick hello before his stay and I felt absolutely at peace leaving him with you. Toast has had a wonderful time with you and Leila (and Bonco!) and I am so grateful to know that he was well looked after. Thank you for everything. I would love to book for Toast to come and stay again! <3
Bettina was absolutely lovely with Tank and Alfie. You can instantly tell she’s a true dog person, and the boys took to her straight away. She was so caring and attentive, and I really appreciated the updates while she was there — it was very reassuring. I felt completely comfortable knowing they were in such good hands and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. Highly recommend!

Betty is so good with animals. She has often looked after my lovely Dobby and provided him with long daily walks an plays! He always has the happiest tail wags after coming back from Betty's. I couldn't recommend her more. She's also very fast at replying and has takes my dog on on very last notice

I’m currently taking a year out after finishing my studies, which means I have plenty of time and flexibility to fully focus on caring for pets. I don’t have a busy or unpredictable schedule, so I’m able to give pets constant attention, regular walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day without rushing. I take last minute bookings as well so please message me

My home is very safe and well-suited for pets. The upstairs and downstairs areas are separated, which helps with supervision and gives pets a calm, controlled space if needed. I also have a fully fenced garden where dogs can safely play, explore, and burn off energy. One of the biggest benefits is my location — Highwoods Country Park is right behind my house, making it perfect for long, enjoyable walks in a secure and natural environment. I’m happy to tailor walks and routines to suit each pet’s needs, whether that’s energetic play or relaxed strolls. Safety and comfort are always my priority, and I make sure every pet feels at home, secure, and well cared for while they’re with me. Im also aware that not all dogs are comfortable with others so please let me know beforehand and i can separate my Leila and your dog :)

A typical day
A day with me is all about happy dogs and lots of tail wags. We start the day nice and calmly, giving your dog time to settle in and feel at home. I love keeping dogs mentally busy, so we’ll enjoy plenty of fun puzzle games and brain-teasers throughout the day, usually with a few tasty treats involved! One of the best parts is that I have a lovely country park right behind my house, so we head out for long, enjoyable walks surrounded by nature. These walks are always suited to your dog, whether they love a good sniff, a gentle wander, or a longer adventure to burn off energy.
