My husband, Michael, and I have one dog of our own (a 13 year old blind flat haired retriever/border collie mix) and she means the world to us! We have been caring for dogs for over 12 years and we really love all breeds and sizes of dogs. We have fostered dogs and also worked closely with dog rescue organizations, helping with adoption events and finding loving homes for rescue dogs. We enjoy getting to know and play with new pups! Our favorite thing to do with dogs is to play fetch in the yard and to take them on walks. We will treat them like they are four-legged members of our family! Betsy and Michael always take the best care of our boys! We have had to use other sitter when they are unavailable and it’s not the same, we’ve had to just bite the bullet and get the meds to sedate our one that doesn’t travel well and take them with us on the long trips because there’s just no one else we trust!! Love Betsy and Michael!!
Betsy and Michael were awesome! We went out of town to visit family and this was our first time using Rover. We were provided with detailed updates daily and pictures as well! This made us feel better about being gone. You could see in the pictures how much fun they were having with the other dogs and in the fenced in back yard. I would highly recommend them and hope to use them again in the future. Thanks Betsy and Michael for taking care of Teddy and Lucy!
My Max and Bella spent two nights at Betsy & Michael this past weekend, I am extremely happy with their service!! during their stays, I have received updates on my puppies with pictures daily as if they never left home. Betsy & Michael even picked up and dropped off my puppies to my house, this was amazing and not expected. I have used many other pets sitting services in Charlotte but no one can compare with them, especially the price!!!! I would recommend EVERYONE to use their pet setting services. YOU WILL NOT REGRET!
Betsy and Michael were great! They worked with our schedule and were very flexible. Our Beezus had a great time at their place. She loved running around in their fenced yard. We received daily detailed updates and plenty and pictures, and some videos too! This really set my mind at ease since it's always a little nerve-wracking to leave your dog in a new place. I couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be contacting them again the next time we need a sitter.
Betsy and Micheal were wonderful dog sitters! We could not have found anyone better to take care of our two dogs. They accommodated our schedule with minimal notice and were flexible to a last minute unexpected change of our plans. They were very quick to respond to messages. They listened carefully to the details of caring for our dogs. Betsy and Michael's calm personalities were a perfect fit for both of our dogs as both of our dogs [with very different personalities] warmed up to them quickly. We really appreciated Betsy and Michael's thorough text message updates on how each visit went. They also sent many great pictures and videos of their visits. Daisy and Mason were happy and well taken care of. We appreciated the special note and treat they left after their last visit. Overall, I would highly recommend Betsy and Micheal's dog sitting services to anyone who is looking for a responsible team to take care of their pets while you are away. I am thankful that I can reach out to them in the future.
Betsy and Michael are absolutely fantastic. I always get nervous leaving our babies when going out of town, which includes our almost 14 year old, deaf chiweenie. They sent pictures and a very detailed description of each visit, letting me know how everything was back home. Not only did we feel comfortable, but our puppies did, too. Two of the three dogs are also on medication which was no issue for Betsy and Michael. Responses or questions are quick and they are so friendly and delightful to correspond with. I recommend them to everyone!
