I've been caring for dogs, mine and other people's, since I was about 12. I have owned 2 wonderful Labs and have cared for everything from Chihuahuas to Dobermans. I have experience dealing with behavioral issues and teaching puppies their manners, and everything in between. I have a calm, assertive training style, but I know the importance of a nice fetch and cuddle too! I am happy to adapt to any special needs or medical issues your dog might have, and can administer whatever medication they need. I'd love to meet your pup and go for a nice walk!

Safety is the #1 priority for both me and your pets. Caring for pets on their home turf helps to keep them comfortable and secure. On walks in the neighborhood I focus on leash manners and getting your dog's brain to work so they're ready for a nap when we're done.

Betsy was awesome! Our older dog is afraid of storms and there were some pretty bad ones while were gone. Betsy called to find out if there was anything else she could do to calm Maxie. She was wonderful. Our pets really seemed to like her, and it was such an easy transition when we got home. We definitely plan on using Betsy again!
Betsy was a HUGE help to us while we were away on vacation!! She made drop-in visits to check on our fur baby, and we couldn't have felt more at ease! Our dog is very skittish around strangers, but Betsy was able to put her right at ease. Our dog is rather picky and won't eat very well unless some is there. Betsy accommodated this need and sat with her while she ate each day. She also sent us picture and video updates throughout the time we were away to let us know our baby was doing great! We couldn't have asked for anyone better to help take care of our dog, and we sure hope Betsy is available for our future needs since she helped us SO much!
Betsy is awesome. A friend linked me to the site when I posted about needing a new dog sitter in a huge rush. Betsy contacted me back almost immediately and came through on the days I've needed her. I have a difficult older dog and Betsy connected with her easily and pays close attention to any special needs, spoken of or otherwise. When I went to pick her up after a long 11 hour day, my dog was calm, content, and passed out on he couch with a blanket when I walked through the door. Because of Betsy, I was able to keep my job after unexpected neurological issues prevented Koko from going back to a daycare facility all of a sudden and we desperately needed someone who could tune in and keep Koko safe. Five stars, she will continue to be our trusted pet care provider.

Schedule
My schedule is very flexible! I'm new to NH so I'm looking to add some new dog friends to my life. With a couple days notice I can accommodate most requests!
