I’m a calm, reliable pet sitter with 20+ years of experience caring for cats and dogs. I’m a nursing student, former high school teacher, so I’m used to detailed, compassionate care and regular background checks. I don’t board animals in my home (I have five cats), but I come to you for walks, playtime, feeding, overnights, and light meds for easygoing pets. I know how stressful it is to leave your animals, so my goal is to be the trustworthy stand‑in so you can travel or be away knowing your pets are truly looked after with love.

When I care for pets in a client’s home, my focus is on safety, routine, and keeping their environment calm and familiar. I follow the owner’s instructions closely for feeding, walks, medications, and house rules (furniture, crates, leashes, yard, etc.). I keep doors and gates secure at all times, double‑check collars and harnesses before walks, and never let dogs off‑leash. I am comfortable staying overnight, doing multiple check‑ins, or longer visits so pets get real company, play, and supervision rather than just a quick food drop. Because of my background healthcare and education, I am used to being observant, documenting changes, and taking responsibility seriously, so people can travel knowing their pets and home are being respectfully cared for.

Took exceptional care of my five cats! I had total piece of mind that they were all cared for as well as if I had not been in vacation. Bonus! My extremely skittish feral came up to visit her- basically the cat whisperer. Ten million stars- out of five lol!!
Betina was amazing with our two very shy cats. She took the time to learn their routine, kept everything calm and quiet, and somehow got both of them eating and playing like normal while we were gone. Her nursing background really shows in how observant and gentle she is. We came home to relaxed cats, a spotless litter area, and detailed updates for every visit. We’ll absolutely book her again.
Betina took care of our energetic dog for a long weekend and did a fantastic job. She stuck to his usual walk and feeding routine, did plenty of walks and playtime, and kept his leash and safety rules exactly how we asked. Her calm presence really helped him settle, even at night, and we got regular photos and updates so we never had to worry. We came home to a happy dog and everything in the house just how we left it.
We were nervous to leave our senior cat who needs daily medication, but Betina was incredible. She gave his meds without any drama, stayed on his exact schedule, and sent thoughtful updates and photos after each visit. We have cameras in the living room and it was so reassuring to see how calm and patient she was with him every time she came by. Our cat barely seemed to notice we were gone, and the house (and litter boxes!) were cleaner than we left them.

I’m currently focused only on nursing school, my schedule is flexible enough that I can usually match your pet's normal routine, so their days stay predictable, calm, and as undisturbed as possible while you’re away.

I can administer meds for easygoing pets and follow detailed care plans; I’ll match your pet’s routine as closely as possible so they stay calm while you’re away.
