***at capacity for AM drop-ins/walks*** An animal lover of all shapes and sizes, I’ve grown up around animals all my life. I have been professionally pet sitting for almost two years, and during this time have amassed many different breeds and knowledge of their behavior during this time! My birth family primarily owned cats, including a diabetic old grump and kittens, and I’m generally known as a “cat whisperer”! Later on, my grandparents and I adopted a toy poodle named Pierre, who eventually developed diabetes as a senior, which we had to medicate. After he passed away we adopted our standard poodle, Isabelle, who was my soul puppy. She unfortunately passed away in January of 23 after a long struggle with pancreatic cancer, so I’m accustomed to providing all sorts of medical care as well as extremely customized diets and medication schedules. And right now my family and I are raising another standard poodle- Nova! She’s 2, and the light of my life. I raised and trained Nova and Isabelle, so I’m used to the puppy stage also. I’ve also grew up around fishkeeping & small animals of all kinds, and as a high-schooler/adult I’ve been a reptile/amphibian keeper. Specifically, I’ve owned hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, frogs, axolotls, snakes, geckos, chameleons, hermit crabs, and a hedgehog. While I have not personally owned birds, I’m very knowledgeable in their care also!
