I currently own my own business The Woof Pack Pet Care so my schedule is very flexible to try and accommodate each clients needs the best I can! During pet sit jobs I do require to do my normal weekly dog walks between 10-5 most days. This can be discussed in depth during enquiries.

I pet sit in the dogs home not my own. I usually ask for the dogs normal routine and discuss with the owner going forward. I treat all pets as if they were my own!

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviours that I need to be aware of. Don’t sugar coat it, if your dog can be an ass just tell me it won’t put me off at all. If anything I love working with pets who can be a little difficult. I’ve plenty experience with “hard to handle” dogs due to my rescue work background. Also let me know what they like / dislike, if they are reactive to anything (dogs,cats,birds etc) Lastly anything you feel suitable to hand over about your pet, you can never provide too much info :) I LOVE when clients have a little note with info about their pets, their routine, etc etc basically the more you can provide the better
A typical day
I work part time in a rescue kennel most mornings due to my mornings being very quiet for walks/pet care. I then start my pack walks usually between 12-4pm. I like to be very flexible to suit my clients needs.

Pet care experience
I currently own a pack of 11 dogs which is mostly bull breeds! I’ve a lot of experience with the bull and terrier type breeds, since I was a child I grew up with boxers, terriers and a staffy! That’s where my love for the breed and dogs overall began, I started training my own dogs, entered many fun shows (and won a lot too) I feel I’ve gained alot of knowledge through all of this ontop of working within the dog boarding, daycare, rescue kennels and dog walking type jobs for the next decade! I’ve worked with alot of different breeds over the years. I'm confident and understanding with various temperaments dogs may display while owners are away. You can be assured if any medication is required I will be able to do this to your current routine. I studied L3 animal care in college and have advanced first aid training by RVN Rachel Bean! Beth used to work for me when I owned a large dog day care centre; she was an excellent member of staff - highly experienced with dogs (this was evident from the interview onwards!), polite and friendly with the customers and was also excellent at time keeping, keeping the keys safe, cashing up at the end of the day, cleaning and everything else I ever asked of her in order to help run such a business. I would 100% trust her with any of my own pets if I were ever in need of a dog walker, boarder or pet sitter and would highly recommend her across the board for any pet related jobs. She understands dogs and dog behaviour better than most people and is also well versed in working with and handling large, strong and/or boisterous dogs too which many people simply are not! I'd honestly rate her 10 out of 10 stars and I often recommend her now, all these years later, whenever I see anyone looking for pet care in the Consett area.
