Hi! I’m an experienced dog caregiver who has worked with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments ..from playful puppies to senior dogs. I’ve fostered dogs and kittens in the past and am comfortable with more challenging behaviors. This includes leash reactivity, dog reactivity, people reactivity, and nervous pups. I currently have two friendly Rhodesian Ridgebacks who keep life fun!

Apologies for the delayed review, but I want to thank Bethany for accommodating our last-minute booking for Happy. She was quick to respond and took him in. We received regular updates on the first day until the evening. However, after her last update at 2:09 PM, we didn’t receive any further information until we reached out around 9:40 PM to inquire about Happy’s dinner. We didn’t receive a reply until the next morning when we contacted her via her normal number. After that, Bethany provided updates, understanding that we were concerned. We were scheduled to pick up Happy on October 20th between 7 PM and 10 PM. However, at 6:20 PM, Bethany texted asking for our ETA. When we arrived at 8:15 PM, we were informed that her dog and Happy had gotten into a fight, and he was bleeding with a back injury. We were quite disappointed that we weren’t notified of the incident as soon as it occurred. Happy, who is normally a very friendly and energetic pup, was visibly distressed when we picked him up. After consulting with the vet, Happy was put on antibiotics for 10 days but is doing well now. Bethany was responsible enough to inform Rover and ensured that our payment was refunded. She also provided her dog’s vaccination records upon request. While we didn’t have the best experience, we appreciate that Bethany was responsive and took accountability for the situation. Thank you!

From start to finish, Bethany provided exceptional care for my pup. Communication was top-notch; she kept me updated with messages and adorable pictures throughout the stay, which gave me peace of mind. She also took the time to ensure my dog received all their medication on schedule, which I really appreciated. It's clear that Bethany genuinely loves dogs and goes above and beyond to provide a safe and fun environment. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter—my dog came home happy and healthy! Highly recommend!
Took great care of our 10.5 year old Vizsla! Sent many photo updates and her 2 dogs got along great with mine.
Axel had a blast as always. He’s always excited to go there and gets great care.

Schedule
I make sure my two big pups are fed, let out for potty breaks, and get lots of love every day. We go for a walk every day too. If I’m looking after your pup, they’ll fit right into that routine and be treated like one of my own. When I’m out, I can section off part of the house to keep them safe and comfortable, or use a crate if that’s what they’re used to. I’m flexible and happy to do whatever makes them feel most at home.

I’m available for dog boarding in my own home and dog walking in your neighborhood. Whether your dog is high-energy or low-energy, I can accommodate either :). I’m comfortable with: Pullers or leash-reactive dogs Dogs with specific routines or routes Puppies learning how to walk on leash Walks in all weather (unless you prefer otherwise!) I focus on safety, patience, and giving your dog quality time to sniff, explore, and stretch their legs. You’ll receive updates and photos!

A typical day
I like to work on loose leash walking. This means we may not get as far away from home at first as we enforce loose leash walking. The idea is to not reinforce unwanted behaviours and to use the time so that your pup learns how to walk in a way that makes it enjoyable for you as well!
