My summer schedule is wide open. Once school starts I am available before and during work hours. I am a 3rd grade teacher in the Columbus area. During the school year, I am available on week nights after 4 and on weekends at any time if not out of town. During the summer I am available at all times of the day, mornings and nights especially, including weekends. I am willing to help you with anything; one day randomly when you’re in a pinch or can’t get home in time or long-term if it’s something you need reliability on.

Your pet will be the only one in my home during visits unless they are good with other dogs in which I may have a foster dog. You let will be kept safe on a leash if outside and taken to areas they will thrive and feel protected. I allow pets on furniture and to feel the most relaxed as possible.

A typical day
I love taking dogs anywhere that they enjoy going. Parks, Hoover Dam, running trails; the Hilliard area is one of my favorite spots to take dogs and get them out and exercise! I love watching dogs play ball and run around exploring new areas!

I am someone who is passionate about animals and would love to help you with yours! I currently volunteer and foster for Franklin County Dog Shelter and have a passion for helping animals. I have a lot of experience with both dogs and cats and feel confident I can give them all of the love they need while you are away. I care about dog and cats mental and physical health and will go above and beyond what they need from me while you are away including enrichment time, cuddles and one-on-one time. I am experienced in puppy training and love helping new dogs learn. I joined Rover because I LOVE animals and think they all deserve some love EVERY DAY! Let me help your life become easier, knowing your pet is in good hands with someone you can tryst!

We have used Bethany a few times now to watch our dog Milo. This time she house sat for us and also took care of our cat, everything went smoothly! Bethany is a great person, great communicator and a superior pet sitter. She always gives us peace of mind when we go on trips!
Bethany was amazing. She won my 10-1/2 yr. old goldendoodle within hours. She treated him like he was her own and made certain to keep me posted throughout his stay. She is a gem. I will be calling on her again!
Bethany is awesome. My girl Ripley loved the quality snuggle time, and I loved getting pictures of a very relaxed dog. Bethany is super capable and clearly a dog lover. 12/10, highly recommend!
Bethany was fantastic with our pup, Vivian. She kept us informed with texts and photos while we were away. Vivian was anxious the first day, but Bethany handled it with loving kindness and by Day 2 they were besties! I would definitely recommend Bethany to others and plan to use her again myself!
