Animals have always been a part of my life. When I was 4 years old my family got our first dog. Since then I have had guinea pigs, another dog, fish, a rabbit, and turtles as pets. Besides caring for my own pets, I have been pet sitting and dog walking since grade school. From having my own pets, I understand how important and precious they are, so I always aim to provide them with the best walks, cleanest living conditions, and most importantly, all of the attention they deserve! I have experience working with and walking dogs of all sizes and temperments; from a 100+ pound Pit/Rhodesian Ridgeback mutt to a brand new untrained puppy. I do enjoy running, so if you have a high energy dog, I would be more than happy to take them on a run! My husband also helps with dog care as he too shares a love for animals in growing up on a farm. He was the kid who would curl up in the stale with his pigs or cows just because he cared for them so much. With our complementing schedules, we have found that together we are able to give your pet(s) the love, care, and attention they deserve!

Bethany was so good with our lil Gertie! Gertie is usually pretty shy with new people but Bethany got her out of her shell! She sent pictures and updates. Gertie had so much fun!
My dog Frances is 15 1/2 years old, thus I was hesitant with having to take her to another home, especially for almost two weeks. It was the first time using Rover and I found Bethany and family to be a perfect fit. Frances seemed to love it at their home and was well taken care of. She cuddled with the entire family, including the family dog. Will certainly use Bethany again when the need arises.
Bethany did an amazing job caring for our senior dog with special needs! We are so thankful for her kindness and compassion. She was an excellent communicator and reached out with questions proactively. We will definitely request Bethany for any of our future dog sitting needs! Thanks, Bethany!

We believe Bethany was very good for our dog, Luna. Normally, Luna is defensive and aggressive around people and we weren't sure how Luna would take to Bethany. Especially when we were gone.. When Bethany first arrived, Luna did some sniffing to familiarize a little and within minutes, Luna had a new best friend. We ended up feeling very comfortable with Bethany, and our experience was great. She provided regular updates, took Luna on walks, provided pictures and even did a little cleaning around the dog dishes in the home. We will be requesting services from Bethany on a continual basis.

Schedule
I currently work in the afternoons and my husband currently works from home with a few performances in the evenings. So, together we are able to be available to give your pet(s) the proper care and attention.

Before booking I like to discuss your pet(s) typical day or routine so that we are able to mimic it to the best of our ability. I understand it can be stressful for a pet to be away from its owner and have found that by providing some stability in keeping its normal routine, your pet(s) feel more at home and comforted.

A typical day
Our fun activities depend on what your dog finds fun. We have a dog park nearby if your dog enjoys going to the dog park. We also are very close to the Green Circle trail to go on adventurous hikes, or a nice stroll through our neighborhood. Our backyard is not completely fenced in, but have taken some well trained dogs in our backyard to play. Otherwise, our house is accommodating to indoor playtime. We always have time for pets and cuddles, especially while chilling out at night to watch a show or movie.
