Hi, I actually go by Asher but Rover won't let me update my name yet. I'm a former direct support professional for disabled humans. Lydia was my first dog, a 75 pound shepherd mix with anxiety that I slowly trained because she came from living in a shelter her entire life. I know what it's like to worry about leaving your pet in a kennel where they can pick up diseases or pests, and they have dozens of animals to look after. In my home your pet would have their own space, be taken for walks regularly, and be given much more attention than at a kennel. Animals need attention in order to thrive, but sometimes busy lives make it hard to give all they deserve. Hiring help is the best way to meet their needs while you're taking care of the other parts of your life. March 2025 note: I am only able to do walks and drop ins at this time. My dog only accompanies me when prearranged with the owner's permission.
