I’ve cared for cats for several years through both fostering and caring for my own pets, giving me experience with cats of all ages, personalities, and temperaments. I’m comfortable with shy cats, energetic kittens, and senior cats, and I always take the time to earn a cat’s trust at their own pace. I have experience providing daily care, including feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes, administering basic care, and creating enriching environments with puzzle toys, treat puzzles, supervised cat grass, catnip (with owner approval), interactive play, and cat TV. My priority is always making cats feel safe, comfortable, loved, and stress-free while their owners are away, while keeping pet parents updated with photos and messages for peace of mind.

Bethany! Punctual, personable, caring, and perceptive. My darling cat had the pleasure of being loved for a week by Bethany. When I returned home my cat did yell at me or chew me out as she usually does: Crunchy was loving and affectionate and above all else, calm. That shows me that she was in good hands and well cared for in my absence. She did not lack for anything, even her toys had a good workout! Her cat puzzles were filled and ready for the next day after my vacation. Thanks, Bethany!

Schedule
I’ve fostered cats for several years, making cat care a meaningful part of my everyday life. Through fostering, I’ve learned that every cat has their own unique personality, needs, and comfort level. I enjoy helping cats feel safe and happy through patience, play, enrichment, and plenty of love. I also welcome cats into my home for boarding, where they’ll be treated like a member of the family in a calm and caring environment. I’m currently available seven days a week, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Whether your pet needs playtime, feeding, cuddles, medication reminders, or simply some companionship while you’re away, I’m committed to providing reliable and attentive care tailored to their needs.

When caring for pets in my home, I provide a calm, comfortable, and safe environment where cats can feel secure and relaxed. When I foster cats, I set up a dedicated space upstairs with plenty of cozy sleeping areas, hiding spots, and enrichment activities to keep them comfortable and mentally stimulated. I also keep the bottom of the stairs gated so my dog cannot access their space, while still allowing cats the option to explore further when they feel ready and comfortable. For visits in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining the cat’s routine and making sure they feel cared for while their owner is away. Before leaving, I always ensure they have fresh water, food, a clean litter box, playtime, attention, and enrichment such as treats or activities to keep them happy. My goal is to provide patient, reliable care that helps each cat feel safe and loved in their own environment.

A typical day
I love keeping cats happy and mentally engaged with activities tailored to their individual personalities and preferences. Some of my favorite enrichment activities include interactive toys to chase and catch, puzzle feeders and treat puzzles, supervised cat grass time, catnip (if approved by the owner), and even cat TV for extra mental stimulation. I also enjoy spending quality time playing, cuddling, grooming (if they enjoy it), or simply keeping them company. My goal is to make every cat feel safe, entertained, and loved while you’re away.

The more I know about your cat’s unique personality and needs, the better I can make them feel safe, comfortable, and at home while you’re away.
