I usually pet sit for my sister. When I do, I ensure the safety and comfort of her dogs by taking them outside to go potty frequently, feeding them twice a day, playing with them, and cuddling them to aid their separation anxiety. I send detailed updates and photos to her and let her FaceTime them upon request :-)
