In my home I have a big garden with lots of space for bigger or smaller dogs - with lots of areas to sniff! If more space is needed I live walking distance away from a large field. My own little fur baby, Daphne the Dachshund, has steps to get around the house and onto higher ground (the sofa). In your home I am happy to follow the routine your dog is used to as this is the most important thing - to keep them comfortable! I am happy to walk around your area in places your dog is used to and happy to bring along other furry friends on walks if your dog is more sociable! if not, and your dog prefers more 1-on-1 time, solo walks are great fun too!

Information Bethany C. would like to know about your pet

She does not have special needs, however, she is a very special dog! Growing up she had nuemonia and the walls of her throat - stomach tubes were not well formed. She’s been on medication for this since she was a pup and with medication she lives a normal, happy life. She also has sensitive skin and needs her teeth brushed every night to remove plaque as she doesn’t chew a lot

A typical day

My typical day starts around 5/6am with a trip to the gym. This is also when I let Daphne out to do her business before she climbs in my bed for her first morning nap! Around 7am we’re on our first walk, going at her pace. Then we cook and have breakfast and a little play. Around 9/10 I begin work and do that until 12. We have play sessions in between and Daphne usually snoozes in my lap during this time. 12-1 we will have lunch and another play session and possibly a walk depending on her energy levels! Then it’s back to an afternoon of work until about 3/4 when we get ready for our evening walk. This is usually a bit longer, around 30-40 minutes. Then we come back have dinner and chill for the evening. We will usually have a big playtime now just before bed

Pet care experience

I’ve handled more furry, feathery, and neigh-saying friends than we can count. Growing up, my life was pretty chaotic with a Springer Spaniel who could run laps around a field and a Dachshund who believed she was Queen of the sofa. From big, boisterous pups to tiny divas, I have looked after all breeds and sizes. My grandparents' farm added a few bonus skills to my resume: I’ve wrangled chickens, had a love for horses, and even assisted with breeding a multitude of pups — imagine a real-life Folly Farm in my house! If your pet enjoys long walks, lots of belly rubs, and a a handful of treats, I’m here to help. One of my top priorities is suiting care around your dogs needs and giving medication if needed. I’ve cared for dachshunds that can’t jump, Labradors with dysplasia and dogs who are blind and need a little extra help getting around. Pop me a message if you’re interested in getting in touch. Looking forward to meeting your four-legged friends soon! 🐾

Bethany took real good care of my fur baby who was calm and relaxed when I got home. She went above and beyond making sure he recieved his medication and treatment of a medical condition. Bethany also took care of my home and left it clean and tidy.

Bethany is absolutely amazing with my 2 dogs. She cares for them as if they were her own. I have a 17 year old puggle and Bethany is very patient with him. She is able to administer all his medication and adapts any walks to suit him. I also have a 3 year old labrador who adores Bethany. Bethany takes her on long walks and does lots of fun games with her. When going away it is great to have absolute peace of mind that my dogs are happy and being cared for by Bethany as if they were her own. I highly recommend Bethany if you need dog care.

Having known Bethany all her life, it’s safe to say that she is animal obsessed! As much as she is fun and caring, she’s also incredibly responsible. She’s looked after multiple of friends and families pets with only good feedback. If you want your furry friend to have an awesome time whilst knowing they are safe and sound, giving Beth a call is the best solution!
