Safety, trust & environment

Your dog’s safety and wellbeing will always be my top priority. We live in a spacious three-bedroom flat with plenty of room to relax, along with a secure, gated communal garden for safe outdoor time. We’re also just a short walk from several fantastic green spaces, including Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, where I regularly walk my own dog, Blue. Every dog is treated as part of the family while they’re with us. I take the time to understand their routine, personality and any specific needs so they feel comfortable and settled from the moment they arrive. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, including senior dogs and those requiring medication, and I’m confident adapting my care to suit each individual dog. I’ll also keep you updated throughout your dog’s stay with regular photos and messages, so you can relax knowing they’re happy, safe and in caring hands.

Pet care experience

Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them genuinely comes naturally to me. I’ve grown up with dogs of all sizes and personalities, from energetic Belgian Shepherds to smaller companion breeds, and I’ve had hands-on experience caring for senior dogs, administering medication, and adapting care to each dog’s individual needs. I currently have my own six-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Blue, who I’ve raised and trained since he was a puppy. Training, routine, positive reinforcement and understanding each dog’s personality are really important to me, and I love building trust and confidence with every dog I look after. I work with a flexible schedule, which means I can provide plenty of attention, companionship and regular toilet breaks throughout the day. Dogs staying with me won’t simply be left alone while I’m out at work—they’ll be treated as part of the family and cared for as if they were my own. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, cuddles on the sofa or simply a calm and relaxed environment, I’m happy to tailor their stay to suit their routine. I know how important it is to leave your dog with someone you completely trust, and I’ll always keep you updated with regular photos and messages so you know they’re happy, safe and having a great time. I understand that every dog is different. Before every booking I take the time to learn about your dog’s routine, personality, favourite activities and anything that helps them feel comfortable. My aim is to make their stay feel like a second home rather than simply somewhere they’re being looked after. My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Blue, is six years old and has a lovely, friendly temperament. He enjoys the company of other dogs, and I always introduce dogs gradually to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy.

Bethan has grown up with dogs and has experience of caring for puppies through to our elderly Belgium Shepherd. She will always put the needs of the dog first and loves nothing more than a cwtch on the settee or an energetic walk round the park. Bethan has looked after our two rescue dogs, one of whom is very anxious and they get along famously with Bethan’s dog. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bethan to anyone who wants the peace of mind that their pet will be well cared for and very spoilt!
