Happy Paws!

I have been caring for animals basically my entire life. It's not unusual for me to spend two weeks at a clients home to watch their dogs while they are on the road, vacation etc. I have experience with my own animals as well. I've raised many types of animals including but not limited to dogs, cats, reptiles, farm animals, etc. I was the person that fed them, walked them, provided comfort and performed any other necessary tasks needed in order to make sure the animals needs are met.

Beth is always prompt and communicates well. She has been particularly patient with my 15 yr old dog. I look forward to her next visit!

Beth did a terrific job with my furry friends. She easily handled 4 pets! Including a 15 yr old elder pet needing meds! I will definitely be in touch with her again!

Beth did stay with the dogs as we asked her, but showed up 2.5 hours later than requested and didn’t get the dogs out for a walk the whole 3 days she was here. She was upset about an obvious ring camera set up for security in the kitchen/ back door area of the house, which I told her she could turn off if it made her uncomfortable. Regardless, I continued to get “motion detected” notifications until 4am one morning and not until 9:30am the next morning. I specified in my instructions that the dogs eat at 7am and 7pm. When I got home, I noticed that food was missing from the freezer and though I never infringe on the privacy of the dog walkers kindly staying at my house to walk my dogs, I decided to check to make sure nothing was amiss. Without going into detail, I feel like my space was violated and would urge Beth to be more cautious in the future, especially if she knows she’s on camera.

Cleo appreciated all the love and attention and I appreciated how dedicated Beth was (making sure Cleo had her meds on time as well as lots of love while I was away). She was super flexible when my plans changed and went above and beyond to look out for Cleo.

Beth took excellent care of Georgia while I was away and she’s not the easiest dog to take care of at times.

Schedule

Currently I have a very open schedule. My schedule is open to play, watch, feed, walk or whatever you need me to do. Occasionally I have a meeting or appointment other than that I am free.

Cats
0 to 15 lbs

41 to 100 lbs
over 101 lbs
Beth can host up to 5 drop-ins per day
Ahead of time I like to know any special needs your dog has as well as if they have a regular set schedule for walks, eating, medication etc. Do they get along with strangers? How are they on walks? What don’t they like? What should I be prepared for as for behaviors such as does your dog tend to try and dart out the door if it gets opened... is your dog good with other animals? How are they on a leash? Really anything you can think of helps me make sure your dog has the safest and most comfortable visit with me.
